Payment & Shipping

Payment Methods

Credit Card Various ID Payment Services	Accepted methods: Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX) All payments are processed as a single lump-sum charge. We have implemented "3D Secure 2.0" identity verification to ensure a safe payment environment.
Bank Transfer / Postal Transfer (Advance Payment)	Transfer to: Rakuten Bank / Japan Post Bank Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with transfer instructions. Please complete your transfer within 7 days of receiving this email. The transfer fee is the customer's responsibility. ※For schools, government offices, public institutions, and organizations with their own payment regulations, we are happy to accommodate flexibly. Please contact us separately to discuss.
Cash on Delivery	Carrier: Japan Post (Yu-Pack Cash on Delivery) Please pay the delivery staff in cash upon receipt of your item. As this involves a high-value transaction, our staff will contact you by phone or email to confirm your identity before shipping. Your order will be shipped once identity confirmation is complete.

※For high-value orders, we may request identity verification for security purposes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping & Delivery Fees

Domestic Shipping: Free on All Items
We offer free shipping to all destinations within Japan, including Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

Shipping Method: Japan Post "Yu-Pack (with Security Service)"
To safely deliver fine art and valuable items, all orders are shipped via our fully insured security courier service.
For security reasons, we are unable to offer contactless delivery, delivery to parcel lockers, or package forwarding. All items must be received in person.

Delivery Date & Time Requests

You may request a delivery date starting from the 3rd day after your order date. If you would like the earliest possible delivery, please select "No preference." Time slots can be requested according to the categories below.

International Shipping

International Shipping: EMS (Express Mail Service)
We ship to major destinations across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and more.
※We can only accept orders where the total order amount is up to ¥200,000 (before tax) per order.
※Due to current shipping circumstances, we are currently unable to ship to the United States.
(※Delays may occasionally occur for other countries, including Canada, depending on circumstances.)

[Important Notes for International Shipping]

• Tax exemption:When your shipping address is set to a location outside Japan, the Japanese consumption tax (10%) will be automatically deducted.
• Shipping fee:The checkout screen will temporarily display a shipping fee of "¥0" — this means the fee will be "calculated separately after your order is placed." We will charge the actual shipping cost based on the weight of your item after packaging.
• Documentation:The item's value will always be stated on invoices and other customs documents. We are unable to omit the value even for gift orders.
• Customs duties:Any customs duties or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).

[International Shipping Process]

1. Please enter your shipping address using the Roman alphabet. Consumption tax will be exempted automatically at this point.
2. Please complete your order with the shipping fee showing as ¥0 (payment for the item price only) at this stage.
3. We will calculate the shipping fee and email you a payment link for the final total (item price + EMS shipping fee).
4. Once we confirm payment for the shipping fee, we will ship your order promptly and send you the tracking number.

Gift Services (Free of Charge)

Gift Wrapping

We offer 10 types of wrapping paper to suit different occasions and recipients. Each item is wrapped with care in high-quality paper befitting the elegance of Kutani ware.

Noshi (Gift Wrapping Paper with Formal Inscription)

We offer a variety of noshi styles free of charge for celebrations, return gifts, and Buddhist memorial occasions. Please specify your preferred inscription and name details on the product page.

Message Cards

We will create a message card free of charge, up to 75 characters (up to 5 lines of 15 characters each). Please enter your message on the product page, and our staff will arrange it beautifully.
Please note that this service may not be available for certain product sizes.

Paper Gift Bags

For those who would like one, we will include a paper gift bag free of charge, convenient for hand-delivered gifts. Our staff will select the most appropriate size for your item.

Paid Options (Corporate Gifts & Commemorative Items)

For company anniversaries, milestone celebrations, promotion gifts, and other special occasions, we offer premium customization options befitting a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Hand-Lettered Wooden Nameplate

A hand-lettered wooden nameplate, individually inscribed by a dedicated calligrapher with your chosen name or message. This adds an extra layer of formality and prestige to your one-of-a-kind piece.

Receipts & Delivery Notes

For environmental reasons, we do not include any documents showing the purchase price inside the package.
Invoice-compliant documents can be downloaded as a PDF via the link included in your shipping confirmation email.

[If Paying by Cash on Delivery]
The receipt issued by the delivery carrier serves as your official receipt. You may also download an "Invoice (invoice-compliant)" via the link in your shipping confirmation email for your records.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations:We are happy to accept cancellations before your order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges:As our items are one-of-a-kind works of art with only a single piece in stock, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will take full responsibility for resolving the issue.

Every item we offer is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind work made by a skilled artisan or artist. Subtle variations in hand-painted patterns, differences in glaze shading, kanyu (fine surface crackling), and pinholes are not defects, but rather the individual character and texture inherent to each piece.
