Payment & Shipping

Payment Methods

Credit Card & Digital Wallets	Accepted Payments: Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX) All credit card payments are processed as single lump-sum payments. Our store implements the "3D Secure 2.0" authentication protocol to provide a safe and secure payment environment.
Bank Transfer / Postal Transfer (Prepayment)	Bank Details: Rakuten Bank / Japan Post Bank Upon confirming your order, we will send an email with bank transfer instructions. Please complete payment within 7 days of receiving the email. Transaction fees are to be borne by the customer. ※We offer flexible arrangements for educational institutions, government bodies, and public organizations with specific payment guidelines. Please contact us for further consultation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)	Carrier: Japan Post (Yu-Pack Cash on Delivery) Please pay the courier in cash upon receipt of the package. Due to the high value of these transactions, our staff will contact you via telephone or email for identity verification prior to dispatch. Orders will be shipped once verification is complete.

※For high-value orders, we may request identity verification to ensure transaction security. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping & Delivery Rates

Domestic Shipping (Japan): Free Shipping on All Items
All domestic shipments within Japan are delivered free of charge, including Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

Shipping Method: Japan Post "Yu-Pack (with Security Service)"
To safely deliver fine art and high-value items, all orders are shipped via insured security mail.
For security reasons, unattended drop-offs, delivery to parcel lockers, and package forwarding are strictly unavailable. All deliveries require in-person handoff and signature.

Specifying Delivery Dates & Times

You may specify a delivery date starting from 3 days after your order date. For the fastest delivery, please select "No Preference." Time slots can be specified according to the time frames below.

International Shipping

International Carrier: EMS (Express Mail Service)
We accept shipping to major countries across Asia, Europe, Oceania, etc.
※International shipping is available exclusively for orders with a single transaction total up to JPY 200,000 (excluding tax).
※Due to current international logistics conditions, shipping to the United States is currently unavailable.
(※Delays may occur in other destinations, including Canada, depending on local transit conditions.)

【Important Notes for International Shipping】

• Tax Exemption: Setting an international delivery address will automatically deduct Japanese consumption tax (10%).
• Shipping Fees: Shipping will temporarily display as "JPY 0" during checkout. This signifies that the shipping fee will be calculated post-order. The actual shipping cost will be billed separately based on final packaged weight.
• Customs Documentation: Official customs invoices must state the full monetary value of the item. Declared values cannot be hidden or removed even for gift items.
• Customs & Import Duties: Any customs duties or import taxes levied at destination customs are the responsibility of the recipient (customer).

【International Order Process】

1. Enter your shipping address using Roman (alphabetical) characters. Japanese consumption tax will be exempted at this stage.
2. Complete your order payment for the item price only (with shipping initially shown as JPY 0).
3. Our store will calculate the exact EMS shipping cost and email you a payment link for the final adjusted total (item price + EMS shipping fee).
4. Upon confirming payment of the shipping fee, your order will be dispatched promptly, and a tracking number will be provided via email.

We offer 10 varieties of elegant wrapping paper tailored to different occasions and recipients. Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped in refined paper that honors the prestige of Kutani porcelain.

Noshi (Gift Wrapping & Inscriptions)

We provide complimentary traditional Noshi gift coverings for celebrations, return gifts, memorial services, and more. Please specify the title inscription (Omotegaki) and sender's name on the product page.

Custom Gift Cards

We create complimentary custom message cards containing up to 75 characters (up to 5 lines of 15 characters). Please enter your text on the product page, and our team will layout your message beautifully.
※Gift cards may not be available for select small item sizes.

Carrying Bags

Upon request, we will include a complimentary paper shopping bag convenient for hand-delivering your gift. Our staff will select the ideal bag size for your piece.

Additional Information

Receipts & Tax Invoices

To protect the environment, we do not include printed paper invoices or price details inside shipments.
Qualified tax invoices can be downloaded in PDF format via the link provided in your shipment confirmation email.

【When Using Cash on Delivery (COD)】
The official receipt issued by the delivery courier serves as your legal receipt. You may download a qualified tax invoice via the link in your shipment confirmation email to accompany your receipt.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch. Please contact us immediately.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of unique, one-of-a-kind art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for prompt resolution.

Subtle differences in hand-painted motifs, glaze gradations, crazing (kannyu fine surface lines), and minor pinholes are natural characteristics of handcraftsmanship rather than defects.
