Third generation Mitsui Tameyoshi - Mitsui Tamekichi -

A painter who continues to pass on traditional Kutani ware to the present day
He inherited the Ko-Kutani style of early Kutani and the techniques of Yoshidaya Kiln. While using traditional designs such as landscapes and flowers, birds, wind and moon, he captivates with his works that have a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. As the pinnacle of Kutani ware tradition, he has established a firm aesthetic.
