Thank you for visiting "Kutani Premium Selection" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), an online store operated by Kitano Tojudo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The Service is provided using the platform of Shopify Inc.

1. While the Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, please understand in advance that each product is a unique, handcrafted piece, and natural variations (such as color tone, shape, crazing/kannyu, minute air bubbles, etc.) will occur.
2. Depending on your monitor settings or viewing device (PC, smartphone, etc.), there may be subtle differences in color between the actual product and the images on screen.
3. Product dimensions listed on product pages are actual measured values, and minor discrepancies may occur. These do not constitute product defects.

Section 3 - Orders and Formation of Contract

1. An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase the product. A sales contract between you and the Company shall be formed at the point when the Company completes the dispatch of the product.
2. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in cases of stock shortages, pricing errors, or other circumstances where the Company deems appropriate.

Section 4 - Pricing and Billing

1. The price of a product shall be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
2. Product prices and promotional content are subject to change without prior notice.
3. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. If a payment cannot be completed, the order may be subject to cancellation.

Section 5 - Shipping and Transfer of Risk/Ownership

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from delivery delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, or other external circumstances.
2. Title to and risk of loss for the products shall pass to you upon the Company's delivery of the products to the carrier.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the content contained within the Service (including text, images, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company or legitimate rightsholders. Unauthorized reproduction, republication, distribution, or commercial sale is strictly prohibited.

The Company assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party tools or external links accessible through the Service. Your use of such tools and links is entirely at your own risk.

Although our store operates on the Shopify platform, the sales contract is executed directly between you and the Company. You acknowledge that Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions on this store, and agree to release and hold harmless Shopify from any claims or damages arising from such transactions.
