For direct debit, funds are automatically deducted on the 27th of the following month.

Delivery Method	In principle, orders are dispatched via Japan Post "Yu-Pack (with Security Service)." ※For select ultra-high-value masterpieces, specialized fine art shipping services are utilized to prioritize artwork safety.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations	Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of fine ceramic art, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (such as change of mind, incorrect size, or accidental orders). If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of delivery. Sales Limitations & Stock Availability	All pieces offered in our store are unique, one-of-a-kind original works and may be offered concurrently in our physical gallery or on other online platforms.
